How a space gets built

Process
Step 1

Layout

Space planning, circulation and seating counts that work for the operator and the fit-out budget.

Step 2

Visualization

Photoreal renders in V-Ray, Corona, D5 and Twinmotion, so the client approves the room before it exists.

Step 3

Drawing package

Plans, sections, HVAC and electrical layouts, finish schedules with codes, and CNC-ready joinery files.

Step 4

Site

Vendor coordination, material approvals and supervision until the doors open.

I design commercial interiors and see them built the way they were drawn.

Four years of practice in Qatar as a freelance architect with GEM Business Solutions: restaurants, cafés, retail stores and offices, more than seventy of them built. Currently completing my architecture degree at Istanbul Medipol University.

Before architecture I founded TechDaddy, building and upgrading computer systems for companies. That habit of making things work carries into every drawing set.
